You met us close to midnight to sign papers just because it was more convenient for us! Awesome!!

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for all your work and care over the last few months as we sold our house and bought a home. We wanted to take this opportunity to thank you both so much for being so helpful and supportive while you were in the process of selling our house. You made sure that we had ample notice of a showing and always apologised for short notice. We found both of you very approachable and
felt that our rights and options as sellers were a top priority with you.
I think the thing we most appreciated was your approach to selling. You didn't come into our home and give us a list of things that MUST be fixed or dealt with before we could put the house on the market. And believe me we had one lady who came in and did just that. Your objective was to get the sale as quickly and as stress free as possible and for that we thank you.

We could not have asked for a better real estate team. You were always prompt in answering our many calls and e-mails, you listened to our concerns, you gave us feedback but were never pushy, and you were extremely patient and caring throughout the entire process. When things were not going our way, you helped us out spiritually, emotionally and also physically. We just felt so incredibly blessed to have you leading us through a process that you were intimately familiar with and we were not.
